Saturday, October 11, 2003 ::: it's been a long day i woke up, looking up the ceiling i questioned myself again - why did i have to do this then i told myself, this would be over soon, real soon. 7 hours of preperation so tense - there was a time i thought i couldn't breathe it was hot, then suddenly it was cold i tried to be as focused as possible to get our main line that suddenly i became so distracted by all the small things that's happening around me time was ticking fast 2pm, we arrived at the venue the prep room was small and crappy but that didn't bother me anymore one moment i was calm the next second my brain was so worked up again the curtain was open we ascended the stairs got seated i did my best throughout the match i had fun i knew i did the right thing we weren't strong we're verbally-challenged but we were strong as a team the match ended in no time and i wish i could turn back time the appreciation and reassurance from see-hings that moment... i was over the moon cuz all the time spent... all the pressure exerted this week... everything became worth while. the 2nd runner up trophey was a bonus but it's the experience that's so precious. thank you all my team mates godfrey and tiger you guys did so well and as i've said, this year's trophey isn't big enough. thank you all my see hings who supported us and taught us so much really thank you - you tolerated everything our procrastination. our passiveness. you simply gave us your best although all along u knew this team is almost hopeless i learnt so much from you you're all people i really look up to no thank to someone who left us at the most important moment who doesn't have the courage to face the challenge ahead but see, we did it without you Mandy Moore - It's Gonna Be Love i'm loved i know it's free, it's real, it's gonna change everything i feel it's gonna be... you ::: posted by Wings at 10/11/2003 09:25:00 AM
